Usually there are 3-4 training days per week. In common it will be enough to reach the most of targets. Students will receieve 1-2 week's plans with training sessions. You will post your training results, video, HR and we will discuss it and trace your progress toward our goals.
HR will be mandatory element of KB sport training process. The same for: chalk and specific KB sport gear.
